MyManarah Child Safety Standards

MyManarah (the member app published on Google Play as “MyManarah”, package app.mymanarah.member) is published by Khidmah, LLC. MyManarah and ManarahOS explicitly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page is the publicly available child safety standard for MyManarah.

What we prohibit

MyManarah prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Users and organizations may not create, upload, share, store, solicit, or promote any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes grooming, sextortion, trafficking of a child for sex, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any sexualized depiction of a minor — real or generated.

Violations are grounds for immediate removal of content, suspension or termination of accounts, and referral to law enforcement or child-protection authorities where required.

How to report a concern

Report CSAE or other child-safety concerns involving MyManarah in either of these ways:

• In the MyManarah app: open Contact staff (or Settings → Report a safety concern) and submit a ticket with category Safety / child protection.
• By email: write to hello@manarahapp.com with the subject line “Child safety concern”. Include links, screenshots, dates, and the organization name if known.

How we address CSAM

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or other CSAE on MyManarah / ManarahOS, we remove the content, restrict or terminate the responsible accounts, preserve evidence as required by law, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. We do not knowingly allow CSAM to remain available on the service.

Compliance with child safety laws

Khidmah, LLC maintains processes intended to comply with applicable child safety laws. Where required, confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority.

MyManarah is built for adult congregation members and organization staff. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
